I liked this hotel very much. the staff were great and anticipated needs. the main restaurant food selection was wide. ibrahim and ahmed are amazing waiters. .!! mohamed kept my room clean and stocked with supplies. he even created towel art.

the boat trip to the reef now has extra charges. i feel this will lose regular guests. the hotel should reconsider this new policy. perhaps offer the boat trip at a reduced price or include it in some packages.

I found the staff really happy and friendly. They couldn't do enough for me. the rooms are a good size and cleaned daily. pool areas and beach facilities are excellent, especially the beach (it was always very clean). food was lovely with something for everyone.

the staff was attentive and friendly. one staff member went out of his way to make a plain meal for my partner when she was poorly. the service really depended on who was around me. our room attendant impressed us with designs made of towels.

the kitchen staff member mohamed greeted me warmly each time i visited. waiters were friendly, joking and sincere. the kitchen looked very clean. my room was cleaned well daily by a reliable cleaner. the animation team worked hard to provide entertainment, however the gym equipment needs updating. i appreciate the efforts to make my holiday enjoyable.
